We, at the Church of Christ, are brought together by a love and respect for God.

We belive in a plea to go back to the Bible. To speak only where the Bible speaks and to remain silent where the Bible is silent in all things pertaining to religion.Our beliefs are rooted and stated completely within the Bible. 

The church of Christ is not governed by manmade doctrines, creeds, or an earthly hierarchy, but only by God's word itself.

We Believe...

• We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and we strive to have no creed but the Bible. (2 Timothy 3:16)
• We believe that There is only one God who is all-powerful, all-knowing, and is everywhere.(Deuteronomy 32:39), (2 Chronicles 20:6), (1 John 3:20), (Psalms 46:1)
• We believe that God created the world by his word and that the Word became flesh and dwelt among men in the form of Jesus. That Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and died for the remission of our sins. And in his burial, resurrection, and accension. (Genesis 1:1), (John 1:1, 14), (Matthew 1:23), (Hebrews 4:15), (1 John 1:7)
• We believe that by the grace of God Jesus' sacrifice is offered to us as a gift that we receive through faith. (Romans 3:24), (Hebrews 11:6)
• We believe that baptism is a burial in water that washes away our sins that we may rise to eternal life and receive the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.  (Acts 22:16 & 1 Peter 3:21), (Romans 6:4), (Romans 8:11).
• We believe that God adds baptized believers to his church which is his body and over which he is the head. (Acts 2:41, 47), (Ephesians 5:23)
• We believe that the church should meet weekly to remember Christ through communion, must seek the lost and offer them salvation, and do good to all men especially those of the household of faith. (Acts 20:7), (2 Corinthians 5:18-20),  (Galatians 6:10).
